How long can i have my bouncy castle for?
We start delivering our castles from 10am, and last collection is at 7pm. Our Adult Castle is available for hire longer but at extra cost.
Can your castles be set up indoors as well as outdoors?
Yes they can! Although the height of the ceiling must be over 11 feet, in order for the castle to fit in safely. Please Note! From November until March, we only take bookings for indoor hires.
Is there anything i need to do before i recieve my castle?
Yes! Please could you check the area where you wish to have the castle erected is free from any obstacles, such as stones, rocks, glass and animal mess. Also check for overhanging trees. You will need at least 5 foot at the back of the castle (to allow for the blower/tube), 3 foot round the 2 sides and 6 foot at the front, to allow for the children to get on and off the castle safely. We DO NOT set up castles on gravel, as this will ruin the bottom of the unit. Ideally we prefer to set up on grass, but will set up on concrete. If you haven't got a side gate, we can take the unit through your house. BUT, please make sure you cover your floors, as wet castles can leak and make a mess.
What form of payment do you accept?
We only accept CASH on delivery. Sorry, no Credit Cards or Cheques.
Do you require a deposit, and do you charge a cancellation fee?
We do not ask for a deposit on the childrens castles, but do ask for a refundable deposit on the adult castle for overnight hires. We do not charge for cancellations (unless we have already arrived to set up, then 50% of the hire charge will have to be paid.) All we do ask, is that you give us at least 48 hours notice when cancelling (when possible). We always ring the day prior to the hire date, to confirm that you still wish to go ahead with the booking.
What about the weather?
We strongly advise that you check the local weather forcast a couple of days before the hire.
(you can check the local forcast by clicking HERE).
Bouncy castles should NOT be used in the rain, as they become very slippery, and therefore dangerous. If it does begin to rain, you would have to switch off the blower, let the castle down, and cover it over with the Tarpaulin which we supply. Castles cannot be erected in high winds, as this is dangerous too. If on the morning of the hire we think the weather is too bad to erect the castle, we will ring and let you know. Please note, once set up, we do not offer a refund if the castle is not used fully due to the weather.
